Shipping Information

Order Processing Time

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (faster than setting up one of our 3-season tents!). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to get your gear adventure-ready:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
    • Includes tracking and insurance
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
    • Includes basic tracking

Note: Delivery times may vary slightly for international destinations (excluding certain Asian and remote regions).

Our Return Promise

We offer a 15-day return window from the date you receive your gear. Whether it’s a camp stove that doesn’t light your adventure or a sleeping pad that doesn’t meet your comfort standards, we’ll make it right—just as we’d adjust our own gear before a big trip.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened or used:

  • Alcohol Stoves (used items)
  • Compressed Fuel Canister Stoves (used items)
  • Fuel and Fuel Bottles (opened containers)
  • Bivy Sacks (used items)

Return & Exchange Process

Returning your gear is as straightforward as packing up camp:

Within 15 days of receiving your order, email our gear experts at [email protected] with:

  • The item(s) you wish to return/exchange
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you prefer a refund or exchange

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 12 hours (faster than pitching one of our 3-season tents!), our team will email you:

  • Return authorization number
  • Shipping instructions
  • Prepaid return label (for defective items only)

Step 3: Pack and Ship

Prepare your return like you would pack fragile camp kitchen furniture:

  • Include all original packaging and accessories
  • Securely repackage the item
  • Attach the return label clearly
  • Ship via the carrier specified in your instructions

Step 4: Processing

Once received at our Houston basecamp, we’ll inspect your return within 3 business days and notify you via email about the status of your refund or exchange.

Refund Information

Refunds are processed with the same efficiency as our premium camp stoves ignite:

  • Timing: 3-5 business days after we approve your return
  • Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
  • Amount: Full item price minus original shipping costs (unless return is due to our error)

Exchange Policy

Need a different size sleeping bag or color of camp chair? Exchanges are handled as follows:

  • We’ll ship your replacement item once the return is processed
  • You’re responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect
  • Price differences will be charged/refunded as needed

International Returns

For our global adventurers (excluding certain Asian and remote regions):

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Customs fees are non-refundable
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges

Damaged or Defective Items

If your four-season tent arrives with a broken pole or your down sleeping bag has faulty stitching:

  • We’ll arrange a prepaid return label and expedited replacement
